| Electrocution |
|
Electrocution cases can be made against public utilities for transmission lines that were located too low over an apartment building. Major injuries can result. Other types of cases are work place electrocutions, cases for electricians who were required to do hot work installing light fixtures at commercial locations, cases involving defective electrical equipment at the work place where a fuse box exploded and burned a worker, and numerous other electrical injuries. Special electrical code violations under both OSHA Regulations and the National Electrical Safety Code may indicate liability. |
